currently have a builder lowering the parapet on neighbouring properties and therefore working on lowering and repairing chimneys to meet EQ requirements. Some of the bricks in very bad condition so we are looking for a bit of re-pointing from a brick layer professional. It is urgent though as we have a lot of tradies lined up to progress other works relying on the parapet work being done
