Landscaping concrete block retaining wall and footer

I am wanting a concrete block retaining wall and footer built. The dimensions are 7m long and 600mm high (approx). We have no preference on the type of blocks used and you'll need to provide these or let us know where we can purchase materials. The last 800mm of the wall steps up to 1000mm in height to butt up against an existing retaining wall (see attached diagram). Happy t0 answer any questions and meet on site to answer any questions.
