Brick wall to replace hedge

Require a brick or concrete wall that will contain a parcel dropbox and letterbox concealed within it to replace a hedge. Due to the dropbox the width will probably be similar to the hedge pictured so imagine there may be a void in the middle to a degree. A recess at the top for plants to come out and hang down will be required. Ideally rendered afterwards but can get someone else for that part if required. Start asap.
