New Retaining wall

I am in need of a boundary retaining wall as seen in the photos. could be a continuation of the current block wall along with some wooden retaining for the lower parts open to all options The block wall is 3.4m high and the retaining wall would be total 5m long. Tapers down to less than a meter high at lowest point. Possibility of additional work.
