Cracks in the mortar

Hi would we would like to get some brick pointing and repairs to plaster sorted. I've attached some photos of some of the damage. Many thanks The insurance description of damage is as follows; Damage to the brick cladding 5lm of mortar damaged 1 brick cracked Damage to the plaster on the ring foundation 5.25m² Cladding historic damage above window on side elevation caused by rusting steel lintel which has expanded, creating a crack in the mortar
