Kelburn block walls

I have consent and need retaining walls to be built. Concrete footings, 20-series masonry retaining blocks. Earthworks will already be completed very soon and before you start and I'm keen for blockwork to happen soon, before any earth slumps. Following is approximate; engineer details are available for more accuracy. Wall one 0.8m high x 1m long, wall two 0.8mm high x 10m long, wall three 0.8 x 3m, wall four 0.8 x 1.5m.
