Small brick foundation repair
Job description
We have a double brick foundation to our 1920s house. In one corner of the house in the subfloor a handful of bricks of the interior lining have been removed for some reason. A structural engineer has advised these be put back, I'd like a quote on this. Photos attached. As a secondary quote I'd like some venting installed through the double brick foundation to allow more airflow under the house, however only if it would not disturb the structural integrity of the foundation.

Titus did a great job, was clear about what he was going to do and open with suggestions for the best approach. He started and finished when he said he would and left everything tidy. Would definitely work with him again.
