Pretty disappointing overall. The tradesman started the job, removed the bricks then left saying he would return to patch the hole in the roof and remove the remaining bricks. Despite repeated followup he would not reply to messages. After 2 weeks I had to seal the hole myself. Not sure why he abandoned the site as there was no response or discussion of any issues.
