Blockwork for retaining wall

We require two walls retained, one approx 7.6m long and the other 6.8m long, up to 3m in height in some places. This is dug out, but will require footings. Architect and structural engineer plans have been obtained. Looking for a quote to supply and build these walls in concrete block. The house does not have drive-on access, but has a reasonably flat but long path. Will require layer to come and view. I can supply PDFs of the plans.
