Brick Cutting

We have three cemented blocks at the top of a brick retaining wall that we would like cut and removed to make the top of the wall a straight line. It is unclear how far the concrete goes down so the trades person needs to have experience and appropriate tools. Refer to picture, we want a cut completed to remove the two bricks to the right of the top.
