Brick Retaining Wall Corner Repair

I have a large retaining wall, approx 3.6m high, that had a large crack on a corner when I bought the house 18 months ago. I have temporarily patched the crack until I could get someone to look at repairing or applying a new face or some metal strengthening to the affected corner. The weep holes were blocked when bought with 10 yrs of debris on the concrete below. All cleared now and water flows through wall as expected. Photo of crack in wall when house was bought and current.
