Leak Repair

Hi I have leakage possibly from bricks in the roof area and along the ground. There has been dampness along the wall and is more noticeable after recent heavy rain. I need a bricklayer to asses and make repairs to the grouting between the bricks on the roof and along the ground first (before I engage a roof repair specialist?). Please see photos. Or if someone can get specialists in both areas, ie brick pointing and roof leak repairman... Thank you Pravin
