small bricklaying repair

I have three bricks on the first storet ledge that came loose. Two are screwed to the down water pipe holder. Task needed: 1 to unscrew the holder 2 take out the three bricks which are loosen. 3 chip off old mortar and apply new one. 4 screw back the holder. You need a ladder or access to reach one level, materials for the mortar, screwdriver As mentioned it is a small job but I am not a bricklayer and prefer to leave it to the expert.
