Repair brick fence- brick/ block laying

Brick fence requires repair. It is 3.3 meters long by .8m high and has five layers. At some point the concrete bed has slipped at which point the owners at the time simply filled the gap with mortar. It hasn't slipped since. I have cleared the ground to the concrete base and cleaned out the mortar. The job requires the bricks/ fence between the two pillars to be taken out and cleaned. The concrete base needs to be built up slightly (5cm at the most) and then the bricks relaid. The metal fence needs to be taken off and also put back in after. The fence is easily accessible from both sides. Job needs to be completed on the same day it's started as it contains my dogs.
