Brick work

Hi there, We are looking for a solution that can make the brick we currently have into architectural brick looking. (from the first photo to the third photo) Is there any ways that we can do it without causing damage to the bricks? i.e. polishing the brick or putting spray on etc Thanks for the time reading my post.
