concrete block wall

Hi, if anyone could please reply with a good estimate for the cost involved in erecting a concrete block wall approx 8m long and 1.2m high. Separate cost for supplying the blocks and for everything else (other materials and labour). Otherwise, just labour only if that is easier but then I need to work out the costs for the mortar, hire the concrete mixer, etc... I might miss a lot of sums in doing this. there is decent access but not for very large truck , and the construction is under cover, not in open space so you can work even if it is raining. I can post a photo if this is relevant. New wall to be built on an exsiting concrete slab (hopefully). The idea is to double-up an existing timber retaining wall to ensure waterproofing is achieved. I am not sure if I will go ahead with this, but it might be one of the options investigated to resolve an issue identified by Council nearly 18 months after issuing the Consent but missed in the processing stage... somebody picked on it during an inspection... it would have been so much better to know about this from the begining.. Site is in Glen Eden. I will need producer statements and all the standard paperwork for the Council. Many thanks, Chris
