If you are a shoddy tradesman, who has terrible communication and No References - then dont even bother applying for this job - you wont get it without being able to show previous work, and references. We are building a house in Laingholm/Titirangi area. All consents, and demolition/site work is completed. The house to be built is a modern concrete, masonry (exposed dry block) and steel home (~250m2 - 3 levels). All plans and specs are available on request. We would prefer a LABOUR ONLY arrangement, starting from bare site thru to weather tight shell. We are willing to negotiate on labour only though - and depending on arrangement could accept a limited contract. You MUST have references, and you must be able to show previous work with these materials and have happy customers. Ready for immediate start, please contact me to discuss further.
