New build in Laingholm, Waitakere City. Looking for a blocky to do the basement of our house. We are just about to submit the plans to council for building consent . A tentative start date of Sept / Oct depending on weather. Foundations will be completed by my old man (Ex blocky) but his back won’t hold out for the whole thing. 9m by 7.5m basement / garage using standard blocks. One wall will be a retaining wall so lots of steel. Nothing that remarkable about it all. I have the plans for anyone that wishes to quote / have a look at the job.
