concrete plastering outside wall and building concrete block wall

I need some repairs done to a stucco finish{ fill in minor cracks and gouges} concete wall and around the chimney exterior, then the stucco finish re- applied. if the price is right and the job well done there will be a bigger job plastering a wall soon to be built at front of the property.Also need quote to build the wall, { about 160 extra blocks } adding to the existing footing.
