Conduit through foundation to back face of recess (for LED lights, electrical / sign install to be completed by owner). Plaster finished & painted. Ohoka, Waimak. Easy access site, easy access to power. Timeframe 1 week (ASAP) to 6 weeks. LBP required. Appreciate its not a huge job but could be a good 1-2 day filler.
