Build a brick letterbox

I have a newly built house in Ravenswood, Woodend that needs a letterbox. I have about 30 left over bricks that I would like to make into a letterbox. Bricks are white so would need matching mortar. And would need a concrete foundation to sit on. Please provide a quote for this work.
