Vege garden with bricks

I would like to build four brick vege gardens, approximately 6-7 levels high using approximately 150 bricks for each bed. I have the bricks and the concrete. The site needs a little preparation in terms of levelling the ground, and I would appreciate if you are able to make the beds level and square. It hopefully wouldn't take you too long. I'm just no good at laying bricks/levelling them off.
