Install two brick pillars for front gate

Would like to brick around two front gate posts. Dimension approx 55cm x 80cm x 130cm each pillar. I will provide bricks only, and coffee and tea of course:). If needed, I can extend the timber posts for supporting the bricks. I will also need advice from you on the top of the pillars, how to finish them.
