Fill the gaps

Bricks need repointing as rain is getting in to downstairs garage area . Looks like both white and orange bricks need to be sealed. It is the area on the right of the photo, going up the stairs and under the stairs. Please note that issues with the stairs and upstairs concrete deck are not part of this job request.
