Retaining wall fix

Whoever put this wall up originally thought bricks could be held together with sheer will power. Now they're slowly falling apart so need to get them redone and hopefully stuck together this time to avoid this same situation. One section was already gone when I bought the house, god knows where the bricks from that section have gone so will need new bricks for that part. There's some weeds growing through I plan to spray before work starts. There's also a little semi circle at the back that I'd love to be dug out so I could grow something in it if that's possible. Timeframe doesn't matter to me, I'm in no rush (unless it falls apart completely)
