Bricklaying to exterior cladding of renovation

We are converting a double garage to a large single garage. The current cladding is brick and we would like to keep it the the same for the new closed in section of the existing garage door area to blend in well with the house. We have council consent and will require a 'half high brick' inspection as well. There will also be a window installed (600w x 800 h). See attached photo of sketch up of the brick work. The time frame is late January early Feb as that is when the builder will have the wall ready for bricks.
