Garage foundation

Looking for someone to do some block work for the foundations of a double garage attached to our house. The overall size is 7m x 7m with a 300 x 300 concrete foundation below and 2 layers of blocks to bring it up to finished floor height. I have consented plans available on request. Job will need to be signed off by council, so would prefer an LBP who is able to sign off their work.
