Window Sill re-brick

We've recently had new joinery put into our home and two brick window sills have come loose and need to be re-bricked. Probably a total of 2.5 linear meters of brick laying. The bricks are still intact and we have cement already. As the sill is made from full bricks, laying the bricks at an angle will be required. Not sure how they stay up while the cement dries (?). Single story house. Drive up to house access. We can be flexible to have this job done outside of busy work hours if necessary.
