Block wall required to be re-established.

We require a block wall created that is 3850mm by 2450mm. This wall is at the back of a garage and needs to tie in to an existing block wall of the same height and done to a compliable standard. The existing block wall is built using 190mm wide blocks but the add on wall may need to be built using 140mm blocks because of the way the existing footing is formed. Widening footing to accomodate 190mm blocks should be doable. I have been told existing footing is suitable. Blocks to be filled when finished but not sure if column filled or solid filled is required. Access is available for small trucks. Job site will be easy access, clean, tidy and ready to go.
