New Block Wall and gate

Build new block wall fence with gate in front of new house. Needs foundation, and some concrete in it. Is for visual appeal, privacy, noise blocking from road, and also for the potential of a wayward car coming off the road towards the house! Havn't finalised design or blocks to be used. See photo with drawing on it. This is just one design idea to give you idea of site, but likely to go all-block fence.
