Block wall driveway entrance

I require a quote for FMG to rebuild a block wall that was hit by a car in a driveway entrance. Please see before and after photos below. Once the claim and quote are accepted by FMG we can go ahead with the work. The wall on the LHS could also do with some repair and a repaint at the same time.
