Price me to build an open fire

Woohooo the council has agreed within reason that I can replace the missing open fire place in our relocated bungalow. so we are looking for someone to come and quote to rebuild it from scratch - all that is currently left is the existing cavity hole. Any old bricks or gib have been removed and new roof has been put on so the old roof hole will need recutting for the chimney too
