Brick Wall Rebuild

I have a block wall at the rear of 2 units that is on a lean. I would like it to be pulled down and reconstructed using the same blocks. The wall is on a lean at one end. Another solution would be to brace and push back into place with a jack but don’t know if this can work as I don’t have any equipment or know who would. For the rebuild the wall will need to cut or broken down from where the lean starts approx 10m. The wall is approx 1.2m high and is made from concrete cinder blocks. There is potential for the wall to collapse as a result of the lean so having someone look at the job ASAP is appreciated.
