Low Brick walls x2

I need a low ( about 40 cm high double brick wall inside my courtyard strengthened with rebar and one at my front door. v Also steps on either side to walk over the wall as there will be no gap for a walkway. Brick wall at front door will be placed on top of driveway made of asphalt. The low wall in court yard would need a concrete foundation.
