I need a modified rebuild of a fallen front brick fence, approx 15m x 1m. Existing bricks on site.

Martin Contracting was prompt to undertake job but cost was double agreed estimate, due to small amount of extra work that was overpriced for time spent on this work. Client had small shortage of bricks but once these became available, contractor failed to complete job as promised on multiple occasions. No invoice provided and a request for cash suggested this was a Saturday "cashie' with no intention to return to job site. Work quality was good but lack of completion was very disappointing.

"Owner did not explain whole job they required so job doubled when on sitec new price agred so don't know what the crying about after completed. Owner was asked if required invoice which they didn't so none was completed as for not completing job owner did not supply enough product so hardly our fault and due to the time and distance involved to lay two bricks the owner was short I don't really see how this our fault .
