Small concrete block wall

I have a ~3 metre gap in an existing concrete block wall on my property boundary that requires filling in to match either side (3-4 blocks high - approx. 20 odd blocks in total but needs flat capping blocks on top also). I also require the base to be poured but have dug this out in preparation.
