Block wall and footings.

I have two driveway entrances with existing post & rail farm fences. I'm installing some electric gates and need the post & rail fences removed and footings and block walls built that will hold the electric gates. The wall will extend from the gate out to the existing fence at the roadside. I'd like two pillars at each side of the driveway to hold the gates at 1.8m high. The height of the block wall at the road end will be 1.2m high. The dimensions of both driveways are in the photos attached. I will need a block letter box on the R/H side of the longest driveway to allow for rural delivery of letter and packages. I estimate that the letter box will need to be 0.5m square and 1.2m tall. The post and rail fence material and the soil excavated for the footings can be left onsite and don't need to be taken away. I am ready to start immediately
