Extending a paved area

we have an outside area that is laid with paving. one area, a corner has been raised to make a raised outdoor seating area. Its raised by about 10 inches and also paved. I would like someone to extend this raised area out by approx a meter and paved. We wish to make it big enough to put a spa pool on and currently its not quite big enough. The area will need extending and paving. This is a job for a blocklayer.
