We have a 1920's Railway cottage. Plastered brick chimney is cracked above roof line. We would like a quote for making good, capping the disused flue. May require removing top few courses, relaying and plastering.

Instead of relaying chimney top, it was just removed and capped. It was much cheaper than relaying so I am satisfied with the reduced scope, price and final result
