Feature block wall fence

Hi I'm after a block layer to make a block wall fence for me. I'm ideally after this done withing the next 4 weeks. Length of wall is 7.3m long with a 1.2m gate in the middle so block wall area is 6.1m long. Fence is 1.6m high and will be capped. Vertically stacked. I also need the footings done. Its by the beach so ground is sandy so good footings needed. Need this all reinforced and built well. Thanks for looking at this job.
