Pillars for Driveway

I have a set of iron swing gates for the driveway and a smaller gate for a side opening. I need these to be attached to three pillars. the width for the driveway is approximately 3.5 m. Pillars are to be constructed by blocks...anything between 400 to 500 mm to form a.square or rectangle...with a conduit for lights for the main two pillars. I will require you to build the pillars and attach the gates to them...all three gates I also need the pillars to be plastered with rough concrete. The hob has easy access and flat.
