Fixing hold on brick wall and replace a door

Hi There, We found 3 holes in our brick wall and there was rain entering during the big rain months ago, also, there is a door might need to be replaced because rain water makes it swollen a bit. Please refer to the pictures and please help to provide a quota if possible. Thanks! Jack
