Brick pointing of old fireplace inside bungalow

Old brick fireplace and chimney has softening and disintegration of grout in some areas. Needs brick pointing work please. I would prefer to have this done as soon as possible. (Currently it appears that moisture is soaking from bricks into gib on right side beneath mantel so am trying to find a roofer who will make a chimney cap).
