Block Retaining Wall

We need a block retaining wall along a boundary that divides two houses. The wall will run parallel to an existing block wall and needs to match the height. The eventual block enclosure will be filled with dirt so needs to hold the weight against it. There is a return on the existing block wall that needs to be trimmed back to enable the new wall to run uninterrupted to the fence line. There is also a step up close to the end that needs to be considered. At the moment the area is filled with alot of junk but this will be cleared before work commences.
