Brick laying top top of existing block walls

We are after a brick layer to install new rebar with epoxy and lay standard blocks on top of some existing block walls surrounding a pool and then plaster the old and new parts of the block wall. Also to raise the street front block wall up to 500mm above the footpath level. Ready to start as soon as possible
