Repointing and replastering well with settlement damage

We have a room with block walls that over time have experienced step cracking and settlement damage To address this precious owners have done very nasty filling work which is uneven and unsightly I want to remove this where it has occurred and have the room repainted and plastered to a higher standard so it can be painted white on completion Photos are representative Of damage I’ve started removing some of old patch ups
