Brick Letterbox to re-build ( like for like) or install a new one.

Our letterbox has been knocked down by a car. The letterbox was built in brick around 1 metre high with the same brick veneer of the house cladding. I'm looking for a quotation to re-build it like-for-like with similar (or even reusing the same) bricks and another separate quotation to remove and dispose of the rubble and install a normal letterbox (not in brick) i.e. with a pole installed in the ground. Photos show the conditions of the letterbox before the accident and in its current state.
