Concrete block boundary fence 1.2m high. 14m long. The fence/wall will contain planting so both sides, plus the ends (long rectangle) need to be built, therefore concrete blocks total 30m in length. Fence/wall will need steel and footings As the wall will contain dirt and planting it will need to be lined
