Height extension to concrete block fence

I have a concrete block & wood fence. Pillars are concrete block (390mmx190mmx190mm blocks), pillars are 2 mtrs apart with wooden planks in between. Pillars are 5 blocks high (not counting the block base), I need to remove the capping block, add 2x blocks per pillar and have the capping block put back on (or replaced if broken in removal), there are 13 pillars in total. Going to replace the wooden slats with higher ones so need the block pillars made taller.
