Repair and reinstatement of a concrete block wall

Hi there...my wife backed the car into a low block wall which partially damaged the structure. The blocks at the left side are not affected. The wall is not reinforced but is held together by some mortar. The property is not ours. It is located off Weka Street. It does not need painting as the resident will do that. thank you
